Established in 1991, Koriander Cuisines is a Philadelphia area-based catering service founded by David and Nirvana Kacala. At that time, David had more than 20 years of food service experience with notable management of the kitchen of the formal dinning room at the Bellevue Stratford, The Versailles Room and the food service operation of Overbrook Golf Club in Bryn Mawr, PA. With a restaurant background grounded in fine European cuisines, he was able to bring his passion for demanding recipes and attractive presentations to these two different operations. That vision of freshly prepared food in tandem with artistic arrangements continues to drive the Koriander operation.
