Wedding

Our suggestion is a buffet dinner to celebrate a marriage, a 5-hour affair

Bar Nibble:

Stationary Hors D'oeuvre:

  • Marseilles style seafood dip (shrimp and crab) with crackers – gluten and non-gluten

Hors D'oeuvre:

Butlered on stylish trays during the cocktail hour

  • Filo cup of poached pears, Gorgonzola and caramelized walnuts
  • Southern style chicken salad with pecans atop corn bread
